KEY PLANT SERVICES CLADDING TURNTABLES CSR SERIES Welding Floor Turntable
Robust and precision engineered welding floor turntables that are designed and manufactured for the overlay cladding of components used in the oil industry. Back-to-back gearboxes provide minimum table backlash, while the vector drive by means of encoder feedback will give speed holding of base speed ±0.1%. Mounted on the underside of the table is slip ring assembly, which contain heavy-duty rings for pre-heat return, and smaller rings for thermal measurement of pre-heat temperature.
