The Machinery Dealers National Association is a nonprofit trade association whose members buy and sell used capital equipment, and was originally established in 1941 to assure buyers of the integrity and reliability of the used machinery dealers that are members of the association. The foundation of MDNA is its Code of Ethics. As a condition of membership, MDNA members agree to abide unequivocally by the terms of the Code and to renew this pledge annually. Harris Machine Tools actively supports the MDNA by giving its time and effort: Mrs. Jeannine Harris currently serves on the National Board and Mr. Jean Harris currently serves on the AMEA Board of Directors and is a Trustee on the Austin D. Lucas Scholarship Fund.
