Strong & robust (Semi automatic), test unit for pressure testing all linear types of Gate, Glove, Ball and Check Valves in the range 2” - 36” according to the international test standards.
HC1000 clamping system.
The test unit is completed with a heavy constructed clamping system for easy positioning and clamping the valve in horizontal position (valve stem vertical).
The construction is designed for a maximum clamping force of 1000 ton. The clamping force is automatically adjusted for the valve size which means that the valve is clamped and tested without exposing the valve body to an extreme linear force that can cause stress (deformation) to the valve body. The clamping system is completed with a provision for soft pre-clamping the valve during pre-clamping stage. The clamping system is suitable for both gas- & liquid testing.
Control panel.
Control panel for operating the clamping system and controlling the test system. The panel is provided with tag plates to identify all operation parts / devices and equipment.
The control panel is manufactured from stainless steel.

Gas test system: 0 – 100 PSI / 7 bar (Compressed air)
Liquid test system: 0 – 689 bar / 10.000 PSI (Mix of water & inhibitor)
