Auction & Site Remediation Project

The Auction Group successfully executed a large-scale asset liquidation and
site remediation project for Dril-Quip, demonstrating our expertise in strategic
auction management and industrial real estate transformation.
Between March 1, 2022, and June 14, 2023, we hosted seven highly targeted auctions,
attracting a global audience of over 1,500 registered bidders from nineteen different
countries. This extensive reach resulted in a multi-million dollar final sale,
reinforcing Harris Auctions’ ability to generate high-value returns for our clients.
Our team meticulously identified, organized, and categorized over 2,100 auction-lots,
comprising more than 3,500 individual items. Every activity was strategically aligned
with Dril-Quip’s operational timelines and market demand to maximize value and
efficiency.

Beyond our role as the Auction Group, our engagement extended to a critical site
remediation effort. The transformation of Dril-Quip’s facilities into a clean, market-ready
real estate asset positioned the property for a seamless transition to new ownership.
